Linda Kozora, PT

Linda has been practicing physical therapy in Spokane since 1985.

She is a nontraditional provider that has spent the last 30 years learning what works rather than focusing on what mainstream physical therapy is doing. For the past 10 years her practice has been devoted to specialized manual

therapies including craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, structural work, and external pelvic floor therapy. She routinely gets results for the most complex patients that traditional physical therapy has failed.

Basic Principles Of Care

All body parts are interconnected. The function of one part of the body is dependent upon the normal functioning of the other parts.

Good circulation is essential in order for the body to get proper nutrients, and for the removal of waste products.

Movement may become restricted due to the distortion of tissue or the pull from some other tight structure that did not heal properly after an old injury.

Lack of mobility may lead to congestion of bodily fluids, pain and other problems.

Treatment Techniques

Craniosacral Therapy

Works with the inherent motility of the central nervous system and mobility of the cranial bones. For more information >

Visceral Manipulation

Works mainly with the connective tissue (fascia) which envelops and supports the internal organs as well as most every other tissue in the body. For more information >

Structural Work

Mobilization of joints, muscles, and fascia to improve functional movement and balance. For more information >

Pelvic Floor Release

Not internal work, but just as effective! Manipulating the pelvic floor muscles helps to realign the structure, improve function and reduce pelvic issues. For more information >
